This Statement of Privacy applies to the www.dreamavoo.com and Dreamavoo, also known as “Dreamavoo Travel & Tours” and governs data collection and usage. The Dreamavoo website is a travel agency site. By using the Dreamavoo website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

Dreamavoo may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email, telephone # and travel specific information. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Dreamavoo. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Dreamavoo website.

Dreamavoo encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from Dreamavoo so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. Dreamavoo is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Dreamavoo website.

Use of your Personal Information

Dreamavoo collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.

Dreamavoo may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Dreamavoo and its affiliates. Dreamavoo may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Dreamavoo does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Dreamavoo may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. Dreamavoo may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Dreamavoo will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Dreamavoo or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Dreamavoo; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Dreamavoo, or the public.

Dreamavoo secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Children Under Thirteen

Passenger(s) and the Agency (Dreamavoo, d.b.a. Dreamavoo Travel & Tours)

General Terms Used On This Agreement

The Agreement: By using our Site, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this "Agreement", and you agree to convey the contents of this Agreement to your traveling family members, companions, or group.

The Agency: For the purposes of this Agreement, "The Agency" is Dreamavoo (d.b.a. “Dreamavoo Travel & Tours”) and/or its employees acting on behalf of The Agency, according to The Agency’s Policy, acting as a reservations center, a mere travel agency or as a tour operator, organizing and arranging travel services and accommodations for The Passenger, and being remunerated or compensated in some way by The Passenger.

The Passenger(s)/the Client(s): For the purposes of this Agreement, The Passenger(s)/the Client(s) is the person ("Primary Passenger") who requests or subscribes travel services to The Agency and all his or her traveling companions or group ("Companions"), regarding of age, sex, marital status or any other condition.

Travel Service: For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Travel Service" is a travel arrangement made by The Agency for the Passenger, consisting in reservations, modifications or cancellations of air transportation, railway services, bus transportation, accommodations, vehicles rental, cruises, and tours.

Other Services: For the purposes of this Agreement, "Other Services" are wedding planning, concierge services, insurance and all those other travel services different from Travel Services as defined in this Agreement.

Date of Booking: For the purposes of this Agreement, the "Date of Booking" is the first date that The Passenger manifests the intention of arranging a Travel Service through The Agency and therefore commits The Agency to make a reservation for that service.

Departure Date: For the purposes of this Agreement, the "Departure Date" is the date of departure of a trip; or in case of accommodations only or cruises only, the first date of stay at the property or cruise, boat, vessel or ship where The Passenger is going to spend some nights; or in the case of vehicle rentals, the first day of rental; or in the case of Other Services, the date that the first service is going to be rendered.

The Change/Cancellation Date: For the purposes of this Agreement, The "Change or Cancellation Date" is the day we receive a written document in which The Passenger makes a request to change or cancel a reservation. All requests to change or cancel a reservation, before The Passengers trip, must be communicated to us by email to a Dreamavoo advisor along with an authorization to charge for any Fees involved.

Total Cost of the Trip: For the purposes of this Agreement, Total Cost of the Trip is the total cost of all services for all persons forming part of The Passenger contracted, requested or arranged, directly or indirectly through The Agency by The Passenger plus all service, administrative and compensation fees, Fees and other expenses generated from such services that The Agency can legally pass on to The Passenger as a consequence of that activity, plus all taxes, fees and surcharges imposed by Other Suppliers and local, state or federal Government agencies.

Other Suppliers: For the purposes of this Agreement, "Other Suppliers" are tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, travel insurance companies, hotels or other travel suppliers that may be involved to provide a Travel Service to The Passenger.

Fees: For the purposes of this Agreement, "Fees" are all Administrative and Compensation Fees generated as a consequence of a change or cancellation of a reservation.

The Site: For the purposes of this Agreement the "Site" is the www.dreamavoo.com, operated by The Agency. The use of this Site involves assent to all Terms and Conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

Reservations, Payments, & Refund Policy

The Passenger agrees to pay all amounts, duties, taxes, and related charges arising out of the use of this Site or any other services offered by The Agency, including additional taxes and fees that may not be included in the initial quotation. The Passenger agrees to comply with all policies and rules set forth by the Agency and Other Suppliers, including penalty fees arising from The Passenger’s failure to comply with such policies rules. The Passenger understands that any violation of any of these policies or rules may result in: (1) cancellation of Travel Services contracted or purchased; (2) denial of access to flights, accommodation, rentals, activities, or Travel Services; (3) Fees; (4) forfeiting of any monies paid for Travel Services; (5) The Agency or Other Suppliers debiting to The Passenger’s account for any costs as a result of such violation.

In order for reservations of Travel Services to be processed, The Passenger is required to supply The Primary Passenger and all Companion’s names and make a "Deposit" to The Agency. The Deposit is due from the moment that reservations are requested and could be fully or partially non-refundable. A reservation of Travel Services will not be considered valid until the Deposit is paid. If reservations are requested with less than 60 days prior Departure Date, then the Deposit will be equal to the total cost of all Travel services requested.

The Agency will retain the interest on the Deposit. If The Agency does not receive full payment of the Deposit or The Total Cost of the Trip by the Due Date ("Due Date") for purposes of this Agreement is the Date that Services are Due), The Agency may cancel all reservations and retain the Deposit.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars, per person, unless specified otherwise, and based on specific occupancy and/or shared use. Due to continuous variability in international currency exchange rates, political and economical changes and other factors, The Agency does not guarantee changes stability on the Total Cost of the trip until 2 days prior to the Departure Date.

The Passenger must pay by credit card, completing a Credit Card Authorization Form. The Agency accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery credit cards or Paypal as Forms of Payments. The Passenger accepts credit card payments as the only acceptable Form of Payment for Deposits for reservations made online. The Passenger must be aware and responsible for limitations of the use of credit cards used. Upon receipt of the Credit Card Authorization Form, The Agency is immediately authorized to charge all payments due to the credit card given for booking purposes or initiating a reservation. The Agency is not responsible for cancelled bookings/reservations due to declined charges on credit or debit cards, exceeding daily limits, or if other Supplier rejects the card for any reason.

We have the right, and requesting our services you authorize us to do so, to automatically charge the final payment on or about the final payment date specified in your confirmation.

The Passenger always has the right to change or cancel a reservation and subject to a reimbursement Administrative and Compensation Fees ("Fees"). All Fees are due from The Change or Cancellation Date. If Fees are higher than all amounts paid, then the Passenger must pay immediately the remaining difference to us or to Other Suppliers directly when it is so indicated. Other Suppliers are tour operators, airlines, cruise lines, travel insurance companies, hotels and other travel suppliers that may participate in the reservation.

The Passenger must notify us immediately if changes, corrections or cancellations are required. All requests to change or cancel a reservation, before or during the trip, must be communicated to us by email along with authorization to charge any Fees involved. The Change or Cancellation Date is the day we receive a written document in which The Passenger makes this request. The Passenger has to ensure these notifications arrive to us in a timely manner. If The Passenger changes a reservation we may charge up to a $50 Administrative Fee per person, including name changes. The Passenger assumes full responsibility for payment of these Fees.

How to Obtain a Refund: To request a refund on an individual reservation, you must email a written request to natalie@dreamavoo.com or the supporting Dreamavoo advisor. To request a refund on a Group reservation, you must email a written request to natalie@dreamavoo.com.

Written requests for a refund should contain The Passenger’s reservation information including the following;

All travelers’ names entitled to the refund

Amount of refund

Indication of purchase of Cancel For Any Reason Waiver/Travel Protection Plan

Reservation/booking references

Reason why you are requesting a refund;

Final approval of your refund request may require that you return all travel documents and any accompanying travel materials at your expense as requested by . The timeliness of a refund request will be determined by the date your email was received. Refunds are not guaranteed without the purchase of Dreamavoo’s prefered specific Cancel For Any Reason Waiver/Travel Protection Plan. If Dreamavoo’s Cancel For Any Reason Waiver/Travel Protection Plan was not purchased by The Passenger(s), no reimbursement will be provided for any changes or cancellation of Trip. Cancellation penalties and purchase of Dreamavoo’s Cancel For Any Reason Waiver/Travel Protection Plan are not refundable.

Terms Applicable To All Travel Arrangements

Reservations and Deposits: The Passenger must pay a Deposit equivalent to the total cost of air transportation and Fees plus Deposits required by Other Suppliers. Deposit may be totally or partially not refundable depending on the product and dates of anticipation to your reservation.

Travel Documents: The Passenger must thoroughly review the itinerary and tickets in their entirety once rendered. The Passenger must verify all Passenger accommodations, ascertain that all names are correct, and match the documentation that will be used for identification (specific to air and international travels, passengers must provide the EXACT Passport Name and date of birth as listed on the passenger passport). Many travel suppliers require pre-registration forms completed online or via fax. These forms must be completed prior to the vacation; it is The Passenger’s responsibility to make certain this has been done prior to The Passenger’s vacation. Suppliers may charge substantial Fees plus applicable fare increases for changes made after the tickets or documents are issued.

Changes and Cancellations: The Passenger has always the right to change or cancel a reservation. Changes and cancellations attributed to The Passenger are subject to Fees. The Passenger must notify us immediately if changes, corrections or cancellations are required. All requests to change or cancel a reservation, before or during the trip, must be communicated to us by email along with authorization to charge any Fees involved. The Change or Cancellation Date is the day we receive a written document in which The Passenger makes this request. The Passenger has to ensure these notifications arrive to us in a timely manner. If The Passenger changes a reservation we may charge up to a $50 Administrative Fee per person, including name changes. The Passenger assumes full responsibility for these Fees.

Other Supplier’s Fees: Our Fees for changing or cancelling reservations are additional to any Fees that Other Suppliers may apply. Please note that some of those Other Suppliers may sometimes charge Fees of 100% of the total cost of the reservation (Non-refundable Services). The Passenger assumes full responsibility for all these Fees too, so we always recommend to contact the travel supplier directly or us for more details. Unawareness of these Fees does not exclude from this responsibility.

Miscellaneous: Failure to show up at the departure date and time of a Non-refundable Service will result in a compensation Fee equivalent to the total value of that service.

Other services and administrative fees: The Passenger agrees to pay for all services and Fees that The Passenger may incur using our services. For detailed information on all Fees we may charge for our services and administrative processes, please refer to section "DREAMAVOO SERVICES & FEES” on our Site or "CONTACT US" for detailed information.

Responsibility: The Agency acts only as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car-rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other service provider named in your itinerary ("Other Suppliers"). The Agency is not responsible for acts or omissions of the Other Suppliers or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules.

Release: The Agency assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Other Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Other Suppliers; or (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under The Agency’s control. The Passenger hereby releases The Agency from all claims arising out of anything covered by this paragraph. The Agency has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Other Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which The Passenger may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, The Agency recommends contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, The Agency recommends contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. The Passenger assumes full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of The Passenger’s destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). The Passenger hereby releases The Agency from all claims arising out of anything covered by this paragraph. The Passenger agrees that the courts in San Diego County California or Maitland, Florida, will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by The Passenger or The Agency and The Passenger hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The Passenger agrees to present any claims against The Agency within 30 days after the services end and to file within one year of the incident, and The Passenger acknowledges that this expressly limits the applicable statute of limitations to one year. The Passenger will be liable for all The Agency’s attorney costs if The Passenger is unsuccessful in any legal action against The Agency. The Passenger agrees to grant The Agency (and third parties with whom The Agency may engage in joint marketing) a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up license to use The Passenger’s photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for our promotional and/or commercial purposes.

Insurance and Credit Card Protection: For your protection, we strongly recommend The Passenger to purchase travel insurance protecting persons and property from the risks of accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss or delay of documents or personal items, cancellations, trip interruptions, delays in reaching destinations and medical expenses. We offer The Passenger different options to purchase travel insurance using our web services or contacting our travel professionals. When booking online, if The Passenger is interested in obtaining travel insurance, The Passenger must check the appropriate box. If The Passenger prefers to obtain a travel insurance contacting our travel professionals, The Passenger’s intention will not be considered fully fulfilled until The Passenger does effectively pays for it using our services. If The Passenger does not purchase travel insurance, The Passenger will not be able to make The Agency in any way responsible for any expenses or losses or lack of compensations that The Passenger might have as a consequence of any of the risks mentioned in this paragraph. The Agency is not authorized to vary or amend the insurance policy’s terms. The Agency also strongly recommends that, in case that The Passenger wishes to purchase travel insurance, The Passenger uses a credit card for the purchase, so that The Passenger can exercise His rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if The Passenger does not receive the services purchased.

Additional Terms For Customized Tours & Travel Packages That We Design Or Operate

Included in the Price: Our prices include all Travel Services specified in the invoice and/or receipt.

Not included in the Price: Travel Services not specified in the itinerary and not listed in the invoice or receipt are not included.

Reservations and Deposits: If Booking Date is less than 60 days prior to Departure Date then Deposit will be equivalent to the Total Cost of the Trip. Deposit may be totally or partially not refundable depending on the product and dates of anticipation to your reservation.

Changes by Traveler: If The Passenger changes a reservation, additionally to the Other Supplier’s Fees and/or our Administrative Fees, The Passenger agrees to pay $50 per person as Administrative Fee.

Cancellations by Traveler: If The Passenger cancels a reservation, additionally to the Other Supplier’s Fees and/or Administrative Fees, The Passenger agrees to pay the cancellation penalties to The Agency. These Fees are not-refundable, not-redeemable, not-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or used for another Travel Service or in other dates.

Changes and Cancellation by Us: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep all our itineraries as they have been planned; however, the final itinerary may vary due to third parties’ schedules, availability, and other factors beyond our control that may even lead to different dates. In those cases we may in our sole discretion substitute services or goods of similar quality for any service or good stated in the itinerary. If for those reasons a tour would be subject to changes that would affect their initially scheduled dates, The Passenger may cancel the reservation at The Passenger’s sole discretion and will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the trip, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances.

Cancellation by Us: Every tour requires a minimum number of participants, and we may cancel the tour without refund of all your payments if we deem the number of passengers signed up for a given tour to be insufficient to operate the tour. We may cancel any tour at any time before departure for any reason. If a tour is cancelled, our liability is limited to a full refund of your payments, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, or expense whatsoever in such circumstances.

Responsibility/Liabilities: In addition to the Responsibility and Release clauses above, The Passenger agrees to be responsible for respecting the authority and following the directions of the tour guides and drivers and/or other persons who might be responsible for the safety and integrity of the group and/or The Passengers. The Agency may exclude The Passenger from participating in all or any part of the tour if, in The Agency’s sole discretion, The Passenger’s condition or behavior renders The Passenger unfit for the tour or unfit for continuation once the tour has begun (unfitness may include, without limitation, any behavior that, regardless of its cause, is inappropriate or offensive or interferes with the delivery of tour services, or may constitute a hazard or embarrassment; in such case, our liability shall be strictly limited to a refund of the recoverable cost of any unused portion of the tour. Should The Passenger decide not to participate in certain parts of the tour, no refunds will be made for those unused parts of the tour. The Passenger agrees to indemnify and hold The Agency harmless from and against any costs, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of The Passenger’s actions or omissions.

Medical Release: For trips organized by The Agency involving medical procedures or prescriptions, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of physicians, hospitals, and other health care providers. The Passenger agrees that all financial arrangements in connection with those procedures shall be made directly between The Passenger and the providers of those medical services. The Passenger hereby acknowledges that medical procedures such as surgery are potentially hazardous activities, and agrees that He is voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with those procedures. The Passenger hereby waives and releases The Agency and Its representatives from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of those your procedures. In the event that a procedure is postponed or cancelled for any reason, The Agency cannot provide a refund of any portion of the price.

Illness: No refunds will be made by The Agency due to withdrawal from a trip or hotel, resort or apartment or any other tourist property stay, or no-show for a service, included missed meals, sightseeing, attendance to shows or other spectacles, events, festivals, conventions or fairs, visits to museums or amusement and theme parks of any kind, for reasons of illness or sickness. Insurance claims, if supported by evidence (always by medical certificate) and covered by any insurance policy, must be addressed directly to the travel insurance company. The Agency may assist The Passenger with this claim of The Passenger has purchased travel insurance through The Agency.

Disabilities: The Passenger certifies that it does not have any condition or disability that would create a hazard to The Passenger or other guests participating in the trip, and that The Passenger understands that health care standards, facilities, and services abroad may be different or even inadequate for treating certain health conditions. The Passenger agrees to inform The Agency at the Date of Booking (or at such earlier or later time when The Passenger becomes aware of such a condition, always before the Departure Date) of any existing physical or mental illness, disability, pregnancy or any other condition for which The Passenger may require medical attention or special accommodation during the trip. The Agency makes no guarantee to be able to accommodate The Passenger for such conditions during the trip, and therefore makes no representations or warranties regarding special accommodations or handicap accessibility on the tour, except when it is a trip specially intended for passengers with disabilities.

Rate of Exchange: The prices, costs, charges, tariffs, rates, taxes, Fees and fees for travel services described on our trips are calculated originally in the local currencies of destinations and converted to US dollars at the US Treasury Rate of Exchange at the day they are calculated. No other additional fees or percentages of any kind are added. Therefore, these rates are subject to periodical changes and may suppose a loss to The Agency. So, in provision of this loss, The Agency reserves the right to increase those prices, costs, charges, tariffs, rates, taxes, Fees and fees for travel services described on Its trips in the same percentage that The Agency estimates that the currency of exchange has risen. The Agency commits to inform The Passenger of such increases as soon as these variations are observed or expected.

Guarantee for Exchange Rate Increases: Changes or Cancellations of reservations by The Passenger due to a notification of The Agency of an increase in rates of more than a 10%, 7 days or less prior to the Departure Date of the trip, due to a variation on the currency of exchange, will not be subject to any Penalty of any kind by The Agency and all payments made by The Passenger will be refunded in full.
